Shipping, returns and price match
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on standard palletized freight. Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. Oversized pallets and shipments to those states may need an additional freight quote, which we send before the order ships.
How fast will my order ship?
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Parcel delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be submitted within 21 calendar days from delivery and approved in writing before anything ships back. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Requests outside the 21 days may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find the same product for less, send us the link. We compare the all-in price, including shipping, tax and warranty coverage, and get back to you.
How do warranty claims work?
Coverage comes from the manufacturer. Contact us with the model and serial number, a description of the fault, proof of purchase and installation details, and we will help you start the claim.
